Q: I forgot to renew my membership and now my gate access has been suspended. How can I renew?
A: You can renew at any time. Membership renewals are not prorated, so no matter when you renew your membership, the cost will be $120. Print out the renewal form, found under the membership tab, fill it out and send it with your $120 check. Your new sticker will be mailed to you and your gate access restored. You will be paid up thru September 1st.
Q: I am not a club member. Can I pay a fee and use the range without joining the range?
A: No. Our range can be used only by our members and their guests. Some of our scheduled matches are open to the public, but non-members can only participate in the matches, not use the other facilities.
Q: I would like to bring out a group for training purposes. Can I use your range to do that?
A: No. We do not allow any outside vendors to use our range for training purposes.
Q: I have questions about a match that will be held at your range. Who do I contact?
A: Contact the match director for the particular match you are interested in shooting. Their contact information can be found under the leadership tab.
Q: I am new to the area and would like information on joining your club. Who do I contact to get more information?
A: Under the membership tab, we have a how to join information sheet which should answer all of your questions.
Q: I would like to join your club. When can I do that and how much does it cost?
A: We are currently using a reservation system for attendance at the new member orientation meetings. Click on the membership tab for more information.
We hold orientations on the second Sunday of each month at 4PM. This is the only time we hold the orientation meetings. All prospective members must attend an orientation meeting prior to joining. Fees are a one time $150 initiation fee, pro-rated dues ($10 per month to September 1st), $45 for NRA membership if not a current member, and a $12 background check unless you have a CPL or a membership in WAC. All fees are paid cash or check only at the orientation meeting. Click on the membership tab for details.
Q: Do you offer any discounts or reduced rates on your membership fees?
A: No, we do not offer any discounts.
Q: I have a group that would like to use your range as a team building exercise. How do I get information on how to do that?
A: We do not allow groups to use our facilities for their events.
Q: I do firearm training. Can I use the range to do the shooting portion of the training?
A: No. Our range can not be used for any type of training except for scheduled training conducted by our club training chairman.
Q: I lost my badge. Who do I contact to get a replacement?
A: Contact the membership secretary.
Q: My gate code doesn't work. Who do I contact to get it restored?
A: Contact the membership secretary.
Q: I would like to sight-in my hunting rifle. When can I do that?
A: We hold our annual hunter sight-in days each September and October. Our rifle range is open to the public at specific times on a per-rifle fee basis. Look at the club calendar for specific times or contact the sight-in chairman for details.
Q: What times is your range open for general shooting?
A: Our range is open to members and their guests only from 7am to 10pm. Please check the club calendar before coming to the range.
Q: How long is your rifle range?
A: Our rifle range is 200 yards for general shooting. Occasionally we do offer shooting out to 600 yards, but this only happens a few times during the summer.
Q: I just bought a new gun and would like to fire a few rounds to make sure it functions. I am not a club member. Can I stop by and fire just a few rounds?
A: No, our range is not open to the public.
Q: Do you offer family memberships?
A: No, all of our memberships are individual memberships. We do waive one initiation fee if a husband and wife join together.
Q: Can I bring guests to the range?
A: Club members are welcome to bring up to two guests to the range per visit as stated in the by-laws. The member is responsible for any guest they bring to the range and must accompany the guest while on club property.
Q: I am a member and my friend wants to come to the range. Can I loan him my badge and gate code?
A: Members are forbidden to loan their badge or give out their gate code to anyone.
